Yes, anyone can learn and experience Sound Healing! 🌟 It has no side effects when done correctly. However, over-healing by an inexperienced healer may occasionally cause mild discomfort or sleep disturbances for the recipient. Sound Vibrational Healing can be used to heal others or yourself, cleanse and strengthen the aura, foster creativity, boost self-concept, and enhance manifestation.

There is no age limit! 🌈 Anyone can learn sound healing at any stage of life. To understand and practice it professionally, a minimum age of 10 years is recommended. For example, our elder daughter, Divyansha, became a professional Sound Healer at the age of 13 years.

Yes, sound vibrations also impact the healer while they’re healing someone else. 🎵 This is why healers often experience deep relaxation and healing themselves during sessions. However, if a healer conducts many sessions continuously, they need to prioritize grounding, meditation, and maintain physical strength to stay balanced.

No, not all singing bowls are the same. There is a significant difference between handmade therapeutic bowls and machine-made or semi-machine-made bowls.

  • Material Composition: Singing bowls are typically crafted with two major metals and smaller amounts of other metals and chemicals to create therapeutic vibrations. Handmade bowls, in particular, undergo meticulous crafting processes to achieve a precise combination of materials for maximum vibrational healing properties.
  • Handmade Therapeutic Bowls: These bowls are designed specifically for healing the mind, body, and spirit. They produce richer and deeper vibrations that penetrate the body’s energy systems, making them highly effective for therapeutic purposes. Due to the craftsmanship, material precision, and time involved in creating them, handmade therapeutic bowls are significantly more expensive than machine-made ones.
  • Machine-Made or Semi-Machine-Made Bowls: These are often mass-produced and are suitable for meditation and relaxation purposes. While they produce good sound, their vibrations are less intense and not as effective for deep healing work.
  • For Meditation: If your primary goal is meditation and relaxation, machine-made bowls are a suitable and cost-effective choice. They provide calming sounds ideal for creating a peaceful atmosphere and enhancing your meditation practice.
  • For Healing (Mental/Physical Ailments): If you are a trained healer or intend to use the bowls for therapeutic purposes, particularly to address mental or physical conditions, handmade therapeutic high-vibrational bowls are essential. These bowls are specifically designed to generate powerful vibrations that facilitate deep healing and energy restoration, making them the best choice for professional sound healing practices

Although often used interchangeably, they are different:

  • Sound Meditation: The healer sits in one place, playing the bowls with or without a guided meditation or microphone.
  • Sound Bath: Multiple healers play bowls near the meditators’ bodies while one healer plays on stage. For small groups (under 5-6 people), a single trained healer can perform a sound bath. For larger groups, multiple healers are required.

The duration of a session typically ranges from 40 minutes to 1.5 hours.
The energy exchange (EE) varies depending on:

  • The client base
  • The healer’s training and experience
  • The quality of the bowls
Our students charge anywhere between ₹1500 to ₹20,000 per session.
